"Picture made of Claude L. Fletcher in 1999 after he received the French Legion of Honor medal. It was presented to him by Emmanuel Delloye, the French Cultural Minister. His son, Bill Fletcher of Sandpoint, looks over his father's shoulder. Claude is a World War l veteran."
