I had Clyde's tow my Dodge Ram 3500 from Sagle Conoco to Pierce Auto. This is a distance of 1/4 mile. Date was 10/24/2024. Clyde's charged me $193. In my opinion this is way too expensive and amounts to highway robbery. Needless to say I will never use this company again. Sorry Clyde's, but you suck.

A capable man’s truck was illegally parked in a handicapped spot…2 large white/red signs are posted at the entrance to this lot that state, Clyde’s towing is responsible. When I called, no one said hello. Just a bunch of background noise from a house…. Then when the lady did speak, she just told me it’s not their problem. Call the cops or the HOA president for my condo complex.

Don't waste your time, they will waste it for you. They told me for over two weeks they could do a towing job for me, and all I was waiting for was a date, to suddenly TEXT and say sorry I am declining the job....then he blamed it on someone named Misty? Whoever that is. He just can't count on her. I don't know who Clyde is or was, but he needs new employees.

Our RV needed to be towed in the Redwoods. Clyde came out alright. Refused to let our little dog ride up front even in a kennel. But he did let us ILLEGALLY ride in the RV. (We couldn't let her ride back there alone. Who knows what could have fallen when the RV was at an angle). He FLEW threw the curves, driving crazily! He should have been turned in back then!

I slid off the road during a snowstorm and got stuck. Clyde's Towing in Ponderay, ID, was called by OnStar via 911. Clyde's Towing dispatched Kyle in #7 and he lifted my new $80,000 truck by the tow hook. The tow hook is designed to tow the truck not to lift the truck. This lift broke the grill on my truck and severely bent the tow hook and its connection to the truck frame. The dealer has given me an estimate of $950 for repairs. I submitted the estimate for repair when I paid the $225 for the tow. Now dishonorable, unethical, moron Joe at Clyde's want to play games and blame this damage on my slipping off the road. Joe doesn't want to pay for the damage his guys did to my truck. Now I will be required to submit a claim to my insurance, pay my deductable and wait for my insurance to bring Clyde's to arbitration to get them to pay for the damage they caused to my vehicle. YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE CLYDE'S TOWING UNLESS YOU LIKE THE IDEA OF THEM CAUSING SERIOUS DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE! And then playing games with your vehicles and your money. The damage to my vehicle was clearly caused by Clyde's towing!
