Boat threw a belt mid july 2023... broken pulley. Can't fix it myself... so I call hope marine. Kendall takes my call. Super professional. Very knowledgeable. Even showed compassion for missed boat days. Fit me in THAT week. Did not upsell me on parts i did not need. Took care of my boat. Reasonable price. Runs great. No hassle. Billed me via snail mail. Old school style, exceptional service. Exactly what our lake needs. Thank you Hope Marine. I will use you from here on out.
