On 2/26, I took in two Pottery Barn chair covers to be cleaned. They were due for pick up on March 3. I went in on March 4, they were not ready, and they could not tell me when they would be. I finally got them back on March 8 or 9. They had supposedly cleaned them, although there was a little grease on the seat or food dropped on one of them. They did not get the food grease out. They did not press the covers. They came back all wadded up. Additionally, they must have put them in with dirty dry cleaning fluid or with too large a load of clothes, as each of the covers came back with long, 1-1/2 - 3” wide dirty streaks all through them. Going to try to find a decent, reputable dry cleaner in CDA Who can hopefully salvage these chair covers, as they were $450 each. Stay away from this horrible place if you value the items you are desiring to be cleaned.
