Won't ever be back - grease on the carpet, steering wheel, door handle and hood. Can see where they tried to wipe off the hood, but all they did is spear it around - now about 2'square feet--on a classic white car. They also didn't even read the speedometer correctly. They missed a digit meaning that I would be due for an oil change way before what is required - by thousands of miles.

I am quite confident that the $6.00 "Waste Oil Fee" is just a convenient way to pad profits for doing oil changes for customers. Certainly you don't pay anywhere near this $6 fee to someone else per 5 quarts they handle to deal with waste oil. It is frequently accepted for FREE by many auto businesses and lube shops (for non-customers) and at a local transfer station in MT. You are already charging $52 for a basic LOF job using synthetic oil, which isn't any great bargain.
