Crap Watch Repair Service

I'm surprised they're still in business with all the 1 Star Reviews on Yelp! I brought in 2 watches for new batteries. 1 month later when I STARTED wearing them, 1 developed a moisture leak inside the lens. I called them to seal them from moisture. They replied "We don't provide this type of repair. THEY CAUSED THE LEAK.
Do not go sayers he is a very bad repir man to hi on watch battery hr replace in watch did work and do not ask of value of you watch he dos not know the value Do not buy any watch from sayers ok

i have had many items repaired or custom work done, really excellent jeweler. Angelos eye for detail is impeccable .
Poor Customer Service from Owner

Visited Sayers Jewelers today for minor watch repair and will likely never return. The jeweler, Mr. Marapao, lacks even the most basic understanding of customer service. His dismissive and rude attitude was off-putting but I was also told that my repair was a waste of his time today and I'd have to come back. I've been to this store three times in the past two years, all for minor jewelry repair, and have had the same service experience from this gentleman each time...today was the last straw.

I am thrilled beyond THRILLED! Absolutely blown away by the amazing custom design by Angelo. Impeccable design. My ring is a true work of art. I will never shop anywhere else. Ever! Angelo listened to my idea design and made it even better! Truly an artist!! The staff is amazing.

within seconds of walking in, I was insulted after I asked if they carried a specific brand of watch. In broken English, I was told to come back in a few years when I can afford it. I told him I would shop somewhere else with that attitude towards a customer. He replied with rude remarks and sarcastically laughed loudly as I exited the small store. I was freshly shaved and dressed professionally but not in a suit. However I was asking about somewhat niche/moderately priced Watches. I did not ask for a cliche Rolex and was currently wearing an Omega sea master. After covid, I was looking to support my local community with a large purchase but I will never spend money here.
